SpaceBound is seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service Rep with a minimum of three years experience. This position plays an important role in assisting Customer Service with the daily responsibilities involving, but not limited to, order taking, handling/transferring incoming calls, generating daily reports, working within the order system, etc., which can be 95% of the job responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. Candidate must have a professional attitude, above average phone skills required, ability to field the customer’s questions, trustworthy, exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, team player, organized, and enjoy speaking with retail/reseller customers.

Possible Responsibilities and Projects in the Graphics Department:

• Work with the Wholesale division on marketing initiatives and lead generation to increase sales.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Sales Lead research
• Developing daily promotional offers
• Creating email promotions

Your Role / Responsibilities:
Using and posting content to blogs, podcasts, community and social networking sites in support of SpaceBound's current and strategic marketing initiatives. Additional duties involve tracking, measuring and analyzing social media metrics and publishing daily content changes using various internal and external social tools / interfaces (i.e., Tweetdeck, etc).

Responsibilities: Work within the Marketing Department as an Online Auction Representative (Candidate may also be tasked by other department heads). The Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to list SpaceBound’s products (from its multiple divisions) through Online Auction websites – including but not limited to eBay.com, LSI (liquidityservicesinc.com), uBid.com, etc.

• Work with the management team on building the overall brand presence and sales channels of the School/Library Division.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Have input on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that promote our School/Library Division
• Attend trade shows and other School/Library related expos, conferences and events
• Assist with researching current school/library buying trends and analyze schools/libraries based on specific criteria.

Your role in working with the GovEd Division:

• Work with the management team on building the overall brand presence and sales channels of the GovEd Division.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Work on Contract Procurement
• Have input on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that promote our GovEd Division
• Attend trade shows and other GovEd related expos, conferences and events

• Work with the Marketing Department creating graphics for a variety of different projects for web and print
• Creating product images for various websites
• Work with team to develop ideas for projects
• Taking photos/videos of products for web use
