Summer Intern: Online Auction
Location: Cleveland, Ohio Area
Cleveland, Ohio Area - Only 25-30 minutes from the following locations: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Avon, Medina. And, only 45 min. from Lakewood and Brecksville.
Work Status: Full-Time
Responsibilities: Work within the Marketing Department as an Online Auction Representative (Candidate may also be tasked by other department heads). The Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to list SpaceBound’s products (from its multiple divisions) through Online Auction websites – including but not limited to eBay.com, LSI (liquidityservicesinc.com), uBid.com, etc.
The Candidate would be responsible for listing and pricing products to be sold on various B2C and B2B Auction sites. Candidate will also have to work with the Marketing Department on finding promotional and advertising opportunities within the eBay platform and on other auction sites to promote SpaceBound’s multiple divisions, brands, and their product offers.
Must have above average knowledge of the Internet and how eBay works in particular – plus, auctions in general. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word etc.) is a must and knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus. Also, Candidate needs to be able to self sufficient in setting priorities and following deadlines.
The Candidate must have a professional attitude, be organized, strong communication skills, detail oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated and also be a team player.
Availability: The starting and ending dates are negotiable. The internship has an opportunity to become a full-time position at SpaceBound.
Paid Internship: The internship will be based at minimum wage, and it will include a performance bonus at the end of the internship.
