Work Tour: Beginning in Late May through September, 2018. Time is flexible.
Updating contacts and validating lead generation information
Outgoing phone calls to potential clients and promoting upcoming events for the division
Contact customers via phone and email to discuss their needs and get feedback on our products and services
Investigate inquiries from school, library and B2B clients through request for proposals (RFP) and request for quotations (RFQ), as well as general phone and email communication
Assist with upcoming events representing and promoting products, services and our SpaceBound sales team
Contribute articles, writing feedback on events, and providing interesting ideas and information for the sales department’s social media pages, blog posts, and websites
Travel outside the office as needed to meet potential clients and distribute promotional material for events and sales
Strong phone skills and face-to-face skills
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Highly experienced with Google Documents, Sheets, and Gmail
Highly effective organizational skills
Self-motivated/works well independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
