Product Return Processor

Salary - Negotiable and commensurate with experience and mid-west region cost of living scale

Training Bonuses:  Upon completion of 6-month training and one-year anniversary

Location -  LaGrange, OH - No rush-hour traffic from any direction!

  • 20-35 Minutes from Cleveland, Westlake, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Avon, Medina, and Brunswick

  • 35-45 Minutes from Lakewood, Beachwood, Sandusky, Brecksville, and Strongsville

Working Area - Workstation located in LaGrange Warehouse.

Work Tour -  Full-Time/Long-Term Hourly Position (M-F 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process returned products

  • Prepare products for re-shipment to distribution

  • Repackage inventory for resale

  • Prepare pallets for LTL shipments

  • Assess items for defects

  • Test items for functionality

  • Warranty support processing

  • Communicate issues to internal support team for further investigation

  • Compose professional e-mails to both internal departments and outbound to distribution companies and manufacturers

  • Compile daily logs/reports

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two years work experience

  • Self-motivated and must work well independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Follow instructions accurately

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptable to a changing environment

  • Corresponds professionally with colleagues and outbound email

  • Highly effective organizational skills

  • Read and interpret reported customer issues

  • Savvy with electronics and technology products

  • Conduct effective internet searches

  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience

  • Types by touch at a minimum of 25+ WPM

  • Experience with Microsoft Access (a plus, but not required)
