SpaceBound Summer Internship – General Office (Administrative)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio Area - 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Surrounding Cities Include: Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Berea, Brook Park, Brunswick, Columbia Station, Elyria, Lakewood, Lorain, Medina, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, North Royalton, Oberlin, Parma, Parma Heights, Spencer, Strongsville, Westlake, Vermilion
Availability: Beginning in Late May through September, 2016
Paid Internship: The internship will be based at minimum wage.
Possible Responsibilities & Duties in the Office:
• General filing
• Organizing
• Answering phone
Requirements:
This is an office position. Candidate must have experience with the following:
• Previously worked in an office environment
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Professional Phone Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In addition the candidate must be able to continually multi-task and adapt to doing different tasks throughout the day and have an enthusiastic demeanor.
