SpaceBound is seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service Returns Representative with a minimum of three years experience. This position plays an important role in assisting the Support Department with the daily responsibilities involving, but not limited to:
• Product Returns
• Order Cancelations
• Tracking Requests
• Damaged / Lost Claims
• Refunds / Replacements
• Payment Disputes
• Customer Assistance with Product Features and Functionality
• Administrative Responsibilities
• Daily Logs
• Communication via E-mail, Telephone, and Chat with Customers, Manufacturers, and Distribution Centers
• Internet Searches
• Provides Back-up Coverage for Customer Service
The Customer Service Returns Representative must have a professional demeanor, above average phone skills, ability to field the customers’ questions, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and highly effective organizational skills.
In addition, rep must be self-motivated, able to follow instructions as they are given, a team player who can work with all levels within the Company organization with a great attitude.
This position is not a job for someone who does not enjoy speaking with customers, is unable to multi-task, or unable to adapt to an ever changing environment.
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• Computer Skills: Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required (Microsoft Access is a plus but not required), Ability to conduct Internet searches
• Typing Skills: 50 wpm minimum
Salary: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale.
