SpaceBound is seeking
a full-time experienced Tech Support Rep with a minimum of three years experience.  This position plays an important role in assisting the Support Department with the daily responsibilities involving, but not limited to:

•  Product Returns
• 
Order Cancelations
•  Tracking Requests
•  Damaged / Lost Claims
•  Refunds / Replacements
•  Payment Disputes
•  Customer Assistance with Product Features and Functionality
•  Daily Logs
•  Reports
