Work Status:  Full-Time / Long-Term Salaried Position (Monday through Friday / 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

Job Description: 
SpaceBound is seeking
a full-time experienced Customer Service Support Rep with a minimum of three years experience.  This position plays an important role in assisting the Support Department with the daily responsibilities involving, but not limited to:

Product Returns
• Order Cancelations
• Tracking Requests
• Damaged / Lost Claims
• Refunds / Replacements
• Payment Disputes
• Assist with Incoming Calls from the Customers
• Communication via E-mail, Telephone, and Chat with Customers, Manufacturers, and Distribution Centers
• Internet Searches
• Provides Back-up Coverage for Customer Service

The Customer Service Support Rep must have a professional demeanor, above average phone skills, ability to field the customers’ questions via e-mail, phone, and chat, exceptional communication skills verbally and written, strong attention to detail, and highly effective organizational skills.

In addition, rep must be self-motivated, able to follow instructions as they are given, a team player who can work with all levels within the Company organization with a great attitude.

This position is not a job for someone who does not enjoy speaking with customers, is unable to multi-task, or unable to adapt to an ever changing environment. 

Requirements:

            • Experience:   Minimum 3 Years
            • Computer Skills:  Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required  
              (Microsoft Access is a plus but not required), Ability to conduct Internet searches
            •
Typing Skills:  50 wpm minimum

Salary:  Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale.
