Position: .NET Web & Application Developer (primary focus) - with some System Administrator duties as needed (please note that this is NOT a management position)

Job Description/Responsibilities: Cleveland, Ohio Area / E-Commerce software and electronics company is seeking a full-time .NET Web & Application Developer willing to also perform some System Administrator tasks as needed to ensure 24/7/365 operations of SpaceBound's e-commerce site(s). Candidates must have .NET programming knowledge to work within this IT department. A minimum of four (4) years working experience is required for this position.
Individual will maintain existing internal apps (ASP.NET MVC websites and VB.NET/C# apps) and develop new apps for internal use or integration with various third-party providers.
Must be creative and able to lead certain project development initiatives, focusing on new technologies that promote the company's overall e-commerce presence.
Candidate would also assist in management and enforcement of customer databases, servers, software and tracking of various e-commerce marketing initiatives. Responsible for integrating new methods to streamline inter-departmental processes. Knowledge of contingency and recovery procedures for software, hardware, encryption, security, firewall or any other potential system failures is a plus.

Technical Requirements:
- Great experience with ASP.NET, especially ASP.NET MVC
- C# for the majority of internal apps / website code (with some VB.NET for older application maintenance)
- ADO.NET and LINQ
- SQL Server 2005 knowledge (stored procedures, triggers, table design)
- Solid experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX and UI website design in general
- Experience with Microsoft ADO.NET Entity Framework is a plus
- Familiarity with .NET domain modeling and O/R mapping frameworks (such as Mindscape Lightspeed) is beneficial

Salary: This is a full-time salaried position with a signing bonus. On average, this position requires a 9 AM to 6 PM commitment. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale.
